針對目前納米材料合成中團(tuán)聚現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重的問題,提出了一種新型制備單分散納米金屬氧化物及其多元復(fù)合物的制備方法。該方法基于溶膠-凝膠自燃合成納米材料的研究基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合炸藥爆炸技術(shù),通過炸藥發(fā)生熱爆炸產(chǎn)生的沖擊波使目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物顆粒進(jìn)行有效分離,不再形成團(tuán)聚,目前自定義為凝膠熱爆炸方法。本項目擬采用該方法,以NiZn鐵氧體和CuO為目標(biāo)產(chǎn)物,研究凝膠體系中炸藥(以RDX為代表)的添加量、添加工藝方法等對熱爆炸松團(tuán)的影響,對比研究凝膠自燃方法與熱爆炸方法合成目標(biāo)物的分散性與性能,探索RDX在凝膠體系形成熱爆炸的必要條件,結(jié)合數(shù)值仿真,提出凝膠體系中炸藥多點局部爆炸解團(tuán)聚機制,為單分散合成提供理論支撐。該方法為納米材料解團(tuán)聚方法提供了創(chuàng)新性的思路,對制備其它納米材料同樣具有推廣意義。 [ Last edited by wjh522996 on 2012-2-23 at 11:23 ] |

| For the problem of serious aggregation in nano-material synthesis, the new preparation method of monodisperse nano-metal oxide and its multiple compound was propsoed. The method was based on the study of sol-gel spontaneous combustion synthesis of nano-materials. Combined with the technology of explosives, shock wave produced in the thermal explosion may realize the effective separation of target product particles, eliminating the aggregation. The method was named as Gel Thermal Explosion Method. In the project, it was intended to adopt the method. The target products include NiZn ferrite and CuO. The project was to syudy the effect of the dosage of explosive(RDX as the representative), dosing process, etc. in the gel system on thermal explosion loose group, comparatively study spontaneous combustion method of gel and dispersion and performance of synthetic target products through thermal explosion method and explore the necessary conditions of thermal explosion formation of RDX in a gel system. Combined with numerical simulation, the multi-point and local-explosion deaggregation mechanism in gel system was proposed to provide theoretical support to monodisperse synthesis. The method provided an innovative idea for nano-materials deaggregation and also had the the same promotion significance for the preparation of other nanomaterials. |
