原文：“Subsequently, 4 and corresponding amine (7 equiv.) in a mixture of water/1,4-dioxane (1:1, v/v) at 95 °C for 24 h according to the previously reported procedure [20]. However, this procedure needed long reaction time and the deacetylation was incomplete due to poor solubility. Therefore, the method was modified and the problem was overcome by the use of ethanol as solvent, triethylamine as deacid reagent in the ammonolysis of 4, and sodium ethoxide as catalyst in the deacetylation.
