| 隨著國家安全文化建設的整體推進和企業(yè)文化建設的深入發(fā)展，現(xiàn)代工業(yè)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營者們都越來越關注企業(yè)未來的發(fā)展方向和前途，越來越重視企業(yè)安全文化的作用，在一定程度來相信通過安全文化建設可以推動企業(yè)的近一步發(fā)展和不斷壯大，于是，企業(yè)安全文化建設逐漸成為企業(yè)形象的標志，成為促進企業(yè)生產(chǎn)持續(xù)發(fā)展的保障和動力，成為企業(yè)向心力和凝聚力不斷增強的重要力量。本文首先介紹安全文化的起源及基本概念，引申到企業(yè)安全文化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀，通過對現(xiàn)存問題的分析，提出自己的看法和建議，以期以后對其進行深層次的探索。 |

| As the overall advancement of the national safety cultural construction and the in-depth development of the enterprise culture construction, the operators of modern industrial business are increasingly concern about the development direction and future of the enterprises, and pay more and more attention to the role of enterprise safety culture. They believe, to a certain extent, that the construction of safety culture can promote the enterprises for further development and growth. As a result, the construction of enterprises safety culture is becoming a sign of the enterprises’ image; and security and power to promote the sustainable development of the production; and an important force for enhance the centripetal force. |
