一篇文章投到PRL,等了一個月，下面是Editor的回復(fù)： Dear Dr. xxxx, The above manuscript has been reviewed by our referees. A critique drawn from the reports appears below. On this basis, we judge that the paper is not appropriate for Physical Review Letters, but might be suitable for publication in another journal, possibly with some revision. Therefore, we recommend that you submit your manuscript elsewhere. If you feel that you can overcome or refute the criticism, you may resubmit to Physical Review Letters. With any resubmittal, please include a summary of changes made and a brief response to all recommendations and criticisms. Yours sincerely, xxxxxxx 三個審稿人， A的意見摘要:“xxxxxx. If the authors are willing to thoroughly cite this literature and present a convincing argument that what they have done adds to the extensive picture that has already been developed into exactly this sort of system then I might possibly be willing to reconsider my decision.” B提了一大堆問題，說是改完再審 C肯聽了這篇文章的結(jié)果和方法，但是建議投more special journal. 本人感覺這些問題都可以回答掉，于是想argue一下。由于缺乏這方面的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，請大牛給些建議吧，先謝謝了！ |
