關(guān)于轉(zhuǎn)錄組分析的文獻 翻譯成中文 可能要各位大俠多花點時間看看

有的是明白什么意思，但是要翻譯成中文文獻，不知道怎么組織語序比較好，所以也放上來請大家?guī)蛶兔�。謝謝大家 了。 1、functional category enrichment of transcriptome data; 2、pair-plots of intensities reveald a high Pearson correlation coefficient (>0.9,p<2.2c-16); 3、we identified 434 genes at 12h and 854 genes at 18h as significantly differently expressed(more than two folds)genes.主要是括號里的不知道怎么翻譯； 4、The transcriptome data were analyzed based on diverse sources of gene functions two computational tools including MIPS and T-profiler analysis.(T-profiler是什么？在提到這個profiler的時候常提到一個T-value指的又是什么呢） 5、 exhibited a significant enrichment in functions of metabolism.這里enrichment怎么翻譯呢 6、cell type /cell type differentiation /cell type localization/cellular 7、cell cycle、protein fate/cell fate/cell virulence/cellular communication/cellular transport 8、 SinR-Negative和SinR意思一樣嗎？應(yīng)該指的是基因序列，翻譯的時候有必要翻譯成中文么？ |
