ICECC2012 will be held on October.16-18, 2012 in Zhoushan, China. It is my honor to introduce our conference to you. About ICECC2012: ICECC 2012 is IEEE sponsored , the conference ID is：19988. ICECC2012 is co- sponsored by IEEE Beijing Section AES Chapter, Ningbo University. Beijing Jiaotong University, Chongqing University of Science & Technology. All accepted papers will be published by IEEE, included in IEEE Xplore and expected to be indexed by EI Compendex. Some excellent papers will be published on International Journals (free). At the same time, some student papers (10-20) will be awarded as best papers with certification. All of the papers of ICECC 2011 were indexed by EI Compendex in 2 months after the conference.
