取本品10g，加pH7.0無菌氯化鈉-蛋白胨緩沖液至100ml，振搖至供試品分散均勻，制成1：10的供試液。細(xì)菌計(jì)數(shù)，取1：10的供試液1ml，等量分注于5個(gè)平皿中，每皿0.2ml，依法檢查（中國藥典2010年版二部附錄Ⅺ J）；霉菌和酵母菌計(jì)數(shù)，取1：10的供試液1ml注皿，依法檢查（中國藥典2010年版二部附錄Ⅺ J）；大腸埃希菌檢查，取1：10的供試液10ml，置膽鹽乳糖培養(yǎng)基100ml中，依法檢查（中國藥典2010年版二部附錄Ⅺ J）。 1g供試品中，細(xì)菌數(shù)不得過1000cfu，霉菌和酵母菌數(shù)不得過100cfu，大腸埃希菌不得檢出。 堅(jiān)決抵制軟件翻譯的拷貝！ |

| Ten gram sample was mixed with Ph 7.0 sterile NaCl-Peptone buffer. This solution was shaken until completely homogenized, forming the test solution with 1:10. For the bacterium counting, 1 mlthe 1:10 test solution was measured and dispensed evenly to 5 Petri dishes with 0.2 ml per one in accordance with the relevant law (the second version of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Appendix Ⅺ J). For the mold and yeast counting, 1 ml the 1:10 test solution was measured and placed to Petri dishes according to the relevant law (the second version of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Appendix Ⅺ J). For the Escherichia coli examination, the number of becteria should not exceed 1000cfu, the number of molds and yeasts 100cfu, and the number of Escherichia coli should not be detected in the 1:10 test solution used. |
