分享一篇澳洲昆士蘭大學Zhao Xiusong的JACS新作,主要是用簡單的EISA法制備了氮摻雜的鈦酸鹽/銳鈦礦TiO2的核殼納米帶,這種材料暴露了{101}晶面,能夠吸收更多的光子,載流子移動速率加快,并且不易復合,從而提高了可見光催化活性以及穩(wěn)定性。英文摘要如下: ABSTRACT: Anatase TiO2 with specifically exposed facets has been extensively studied for maximizing its photocatalytic activity. However, most previous preparation methods involve high-pressure processing and corrosive chemicals. Few works have been conducted on hierarchical composite nanostructures assembled from well-defined TiO2 nanocrystals. Here, we report a facile method for the preparation of nitrogen-doped titanate-anatase core−shell nanobelts. Anatase nanorods with specifically exposed {101} facets were obtained from a simple evaporation-induced, self-assembly (EISA) process and coupled with another semiconductor photocatalyst. The composite material with improved visible-light- harvesting ability, high charge-hole mobility, and low electron−hole recombination exhibited high photocatalytic performance and stability. The results presented here will make significant contributions toward the development of delicate composite photocatalysts for photocatalytic water purification and solar energy utilization. 不過,氮摻雜TiO2做到現(xiàn)在,差不多可以肯定這種材料發(fā)發(fā)論文是好,真要用的實際是很困難的,因為穩(wěn)定性實在不敢保證,就像CdS,ZnO一樣,光腐蝕很嚴重。[ 來自科研家族 木蟲催化 ] [ Last edited by flylrh on 2012-3-25 at 20:53 ] |
