| 本文以新高粱3號與4號甜高粱稈為試驗材料,采用單因素多水平的試驗方法研究甜高粱采后不同貯藏條件下(去葉立放、去葉平放、帶葉立放、帶葉平放、金字塔型)其(干基)糖含量及種類、水份含量、總酸含量等品質(zhì)性狀的變化規(guī)律,探討甜高粱采后不同貯藏方式對其品質(zhì)的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著貯藏時間推移,兩種品種各項指標除還原糖及總酸外,都呈現(xiàn)明顯下降趨勢;新高粱3號各項指標含量比4號高;且去葉型貯藏方式較帶葉型貯藏方式各項指標含量高;且去葉及帶葉型貯藏方式(整稈型)較金字塔型貯藏方式各項指標含量高;去葉立放型貯藏方式的總糖、還原糖、蔗糖、總酸等指標含量較去葉平放、帶葉立放、帶葉平放貯藏條件下的高。而對于水份含量這一指標來說,去葉平放型貯藏方式較其他貯藏方式高;最終確定去葉立放型為最佳貯藏方式。 |

| In this paper, as types of the 3rd new sorghum and the 4th new sweet sorghum stalk for the trial sorghum material, using of multi-level of univariate test method of post-harvest sweet sorghum stalk under different storage conditions (defoliation stand , defoliation lie, leaf stand, leaf lie, pyramid type ) ,and study on those types indicators, such as sugar content(dry basis), water content, total acidity content, and other quality traits of the changing in post-harvest sweet sorghum stalk, which to explore different storage methods affect its quality. The results showed that: With the storage time, besides the content of the Reducing Sugar and the total acidity, the physiology indicators of the 3rd new sorghum were significantly higher than in the new 4th sorghum;and defoliation type storage is more with leaf type storage method high levels of those indicators; the physiology indicator of the defoliation type and leaf type Storage is more higher than pyramid type storage method in levels of the indicators; defoliation stand storage of the conditions of total Sugar, reducing sugar, sucrose, total acid and other indicators of content are still much higher than storage of the defoliation lie, leaf stand, leaf lie released under conditions of storage. As for the water content of the indicators, defoliation lie type storage means high compared to other storage methods, in the end, get the conclusion that the storage type of defoliation stand is the best choice for the sweet sorghum stalk storage. |
