把Surface and interface analysis上的論文掛到網(wǎng)上是否要交錢？

投稿Surface and interface analysis成功一篇，現(xiàn)在還是early view。我想請教大家，這個雜志把文章掛到網(wǎng)上的話是否需要作者交錢？ 這個雜志有以下說明： OnlineOpen is available to authors of primary research articles who wish to make their article available to non-subscribers on publication, or whose funding agency requires grantees to archive the final version of their article. With OnlineOpen the author, the author's funding agency, or the author's institution pays a fee to ensure that the article is made available to non-subscribers upon publication via Wiley Online Library, as well as deposited in PubMed Central. |
