| 近年來，航空工業(yè)領(lǐng)域各種型號的鑄件向著薄壁化、復(fù)雜化、精密化、輕量化、整體化的方向發(fā)展，鑄件質(zhì)量要求越來越高，特別是隨著國家“十一五”規(guī)劃和國家重大科技專項(xiàng)的實(shí)施，航空航天、國防工業(yè)等領(lǐng)域的新型武器裝備不斷投入預(yù)研和型號試制工作。針對某種網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)零件采用傳統(tǒng)的制造工藝和技術(shù)不僅很難滿足該零件的質(zhì)量、精度和性能要求，而且試制周期長，成本高，難以整體加工成形，本文將石膏型精密鑄造技術(shù)與SLS選區(qū)激光燒結(jié)技術(shù)相結(jié)合，輔之以ProCAST模擬軟件的工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化作用，為復(fù)雜薄壁的網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)件的石膏型精鑄成型打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。 |
