| 近年來,航空工業(yè)領(lǐng)域各種型號的鑄件向著薄壁化、復(fù)雜化、精密化、輕量化、整體化的方向發(fā)展,鑄件質(zhì)量要求越來越高,特別是隨著國家“十一五”規(guī)劃和國家重大科技專項(xiàng)的實(shí)施,航空航天、國防工業(yè)等領(lǐng)域的新型武器裝備不斷投入預(yù)研和型號試制工作。針對某種網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)零件采用傳統(tǒng)的制造工藝和技術(shù)不僅很難滿足該零件的質(zhì)量、精度和性能要求,而且試制周期長,成本高,難以整體加工成形,本文將石膏型精密鑄造技術(shù)與SLS選區(qū)激光燒結(jié)技術(shù)相結(jié)合,輔之以ProCAST模擬軟件的工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)化作用,為復(fù)雜薄壁的網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)件的石膏型精鑄成型打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。 |

In recent years, the aviation industry of various types of castings, the complication to the thin, precision, lightweight, integration is the direction of development, casting quality requirements more and more high, particularly as the country of the eleventh five-year plan and implementation of major national science and technology special, aerospace, national defense industry and other areas of new type of weapon equipment continuously devotion pre-research and model test work.
