論文審稿意見回復(fù)，求高人指點(diǎn)

最近投稿的文章修回來了，有個(gè)問題一直不知道怎么回復(fù)，求高人指點(diǎn)！ 問題： Pg 14, Lns 9-11: Authors state: “The Chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase activities in flesh around wound of control apple fruit increased with storage time, while ELF inoculation obviously enhanced the activities of both enzymes (Fig. 5 a and b).” Increased activity of chitinase above those of control was at a specific time point (2 h), but it leveled off at the end of the experimental period with that of control. The question is: Increasing in that particular moment is important for fungus control? (This must be considered in the “Discussion” section, but it was not!). Moreover, authors use in the assay 0.7 mg/mL LF and ELF that I previously commented that is a too high concentration! |
