收到lab on a chip的拒信，可否重投

投稿后一個(gè)月收到審稿人的意見，兩個(gè)審稿人一個(gè)意見大修，一個(gè)拒絕，最后編輯給了reject的決定。感覺編輯說得比較委婉，我沒能搞清楚編輯拒絕的具體原因是什么，是文章本身的創(chuàng)新不夠還是我的文章表述得不行？如果是文章表述的問題的話修改后是否可以再投這個(gè)雜志呢？這是博士生涯第一篇文章，請(qǐng)大家多指點(diǎn)！附上拒信內(nèi)容和審稿意見。 Thank you for your recent submission to Lab on a Chip.
