哪位牛人幫忙翻譯成英文謝謝 苯并噁唑和二氫吡唑類化合物是許多農(nóng)藥和醫(yī)藥的核心結(jié)構(gòu)單元。苯并噁唑廣泛存在于自然界中,它具有重要的藥理活性,是醫(yī)藥化學(xué)的重要中間體,苯并噁唑的衍生物可以作為細(xì)胞毒性抑制劑、蛋白酶抑制劑和逆轉(zhuǎn)錄酶抑制劑等,苯并噁唑環(huán)衍生物的其他應(yīng)用包括作為除草劑,熒光增白劑等;五元雜環(huán)化合物二氫吡唑及其衍生物是農(nóng)藥和醫(yī)藥的重要中間體,具有殺菌、殺蟲和除草等活性,且許多吡唑類化合物表現(xiàn)出了良好的抗菌、抗結(jié)核、抗腫瘤、抗HIV-1和抗癌活性等。因此如何通過簡單的方法從簡單的原料出發(fā)構(gòu)建這些骨架單元一直是化學(xué)工作者們努力的目標(biāo)。雖然已經(jīng)有多種方法可以合成這些化合物,但它們都普遍存在許多缺點(diǎn),或是催化劑價(jià)格昂貴,或是反應(yīng)步驟過于繁瑣,或是反應(yīng)前體難于制備等,所以發(fā)展一種能從簡單易得的原料出發(fā)經(jīng)過簡短的合成步驟構(gòu)建這些雜環(huán)化合物的方法仍然具有重要的意義。本論文主要研究從腈、烯烴等簡單的原料出發(fā)利用串聯(lián)反應(yīng)構(gòu)建苯并噁唑和二氫吡唑環(huán)的新合成方法。 [ Last edited by smth on 2012-4-10 at 12:53 ] |

| Benzo oxazole and dihydro-pyrazole compound is a core structural unit of many pesticides and medicine.Benzoxazole is widespread in nature, it has important pharmacological activity is an important intermediate of pharmaceutical chemistry, benzoxazole derivatives as cytotoxic inhibitors, protease inhibitors and reverse transcriptase inhibitors,benzoxazole ring derivatives other applications include herbicides, fluorescent brighteners; five heterocyclic compounds dihydro-pyrazole and its derivatives is an important intermediate of pesticide and medicine, has bactericidal, insecticidal and herbicidalother active pyrazole compounds showed good antibacterial, anti-tuberculosis, anti-tumor, anti-HIV-1 and anti-cancer activity.How simple methods starting from simple materials to build these skeleton units has been a goal of chemists have. Although there are several ways to synthesize these compounds, but they are common to many of the shortcomings, or expensive catalyst or reaction steps are too cumbersome, or precursors difficult preparation, the development of a from the simple the raw materials starting after a short synthetic steps to build these heterocyclic compounds is still of great significance. In this thesis, from simple raw materials such as nitrile, olefin starting a new synthetic method for the use of tandem reactions to construct the benzoxazole and dihydro-pyrazole ring. |
