下面是我的摘要和我寫的翻譯,各位幫忙修改,完善下,謝謝。 近年來,以CeO2為基質(zhì)的稀土發(fā)光材料具有良好的光學(xué)性能,其制備技術(shù)的發(fā)展、熒光性能優(yōu)化和功能器件的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)成為人們研究的熱點(diǎn)。而稀土摻雜的CeO2 具有特殊的光學(xué)性能,并廣泛應(yīng)用于發(fā)光材料[1]、催化劑[2]、紫外線吸收材料[3]、化學(xué)機(jī)械拋光材料[4]、電子陶瓷[5]、固體氧化物電池材料[6]等領(lǐng)域。本文采用水熱法制備了CeO2:Eu3+紅色熒光粉, 并通過X射線粉末衍射(XRD) 、高分辨透射電鏡(HRTEM)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、紫外漫反射光譜(UV-vis)、 紅外光譜儀(IR)和熒光光譜(FL)等技術(shù)表征了樣品,并探討了溶液的pH、反應(yīng)時(shí)間、反應(yīng)溫度,Eu3+摻雜濃度,灼燒時(shí)間,灼燒溫度等對(duì)產(chǎn)品熒光性能的影響。測試結(jié)果表明:CeO2:Eu3+樣品具有良好的結(jié)晶度,屬于立方螢石結(jié)構(gòu)的單晶粉末,其晶粒尺寸在12-50 nm內(nèi)。熒光結(jié)果表明:CeO2?Eu3+納米晶在593、612、632 nm 處具有較強(qiáng)的發(fā)射峰(紅光),而且較高的退火溫度有利于提高樣品的晶化度和熒光強(qiáng)度。 In recent years, the rare earth luminescence materials which made from CeO2 have good optical performance. The development of preparation technology, optimization of fluorescence performance and application of functional devices of rare earth luminescence materials have become a research hot spot. And the CeO2 which doped with rare earth has special optical properties, and widely used in the field of luminescence materials, catalyst, ultraviolet ray absorption materials, chemical mechanical polishing materials, electronic ceramic and solid oxide battery materials and so on. CeO2:Eu3+ red phosphors were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method .The samples were characterized by XRD, HRTEM, SEM, UV-Vis, IR and FL technologies. And it also investigated the effects of pH values of solution, reaction time, reaction temperature,dosage concentration of Eu3+ , firing time and firing temperature to the performance of product fluorescence. The results indicated that the sample CeO2:Eu3+ was well crystallized with a good crystallinity. It was monocrystal powder in cube fluorite and the size of grain was around 12~50 nm. The fluorescence measurements show that the CeO2:Eu3+ nano-crystals possess good emission intensities at 593, 612 and 632nm respectively. And the crystallinity and fluorescence intensity of the sample were improved by increasing annealing temperature. |
