大家好，有一段英文，看看這幾個地方語法和用詞是否正確？

| Autoimmune disorder is a common clinical disease. Epidemiological observations proposed that there is a significant gender difference in autoimmune diseases that are predominant among women. Further researches suggested that estrogens impose a bi-directional regulating activity on T and B immune cells, which has a close relationship with the occurrence of autoimmune diseases. Isoflavonoids with C-7 and C-4′ bi-hydroxyl have the similar structures with 17β-estradiol. Thus, they are considered as the same family of phytoestrogens. They can combine with the acceptors which have estrogenic activities in the human bodies, and prevent the diseases related to estrogens. Amount of isoflavonoids were isolated by our team during the preliminary studies on Campylotropis hirtella. The bioactive investigations showed that most compounds have immunosuppressive activities on T and B cells. Among them, Hirtellanines A greatly suppresses the B cell proliferation induced by LPS. Further researches on the chemical constituents of Campylotropis hirtella were focused on by this thesis. The bioactivity screenings for the obtained flavones were carried on. We found that some of them possess better activities. |
