| 對甲基肉桂醛與三種蛋白質(zhì)纖維的反應(yīng)在pH=8時(shí)，在前2h的紅外特征譜檢測到席夫堿（C=N）1610cm-1由強(qiáng)到弱的伸縮振動(dòng)，2h后基本消失了；反應(yīng)在pH=7時(shí)，反應(yīng)過程中基本沒有檢測到席夫堿的特征峰。依此得出對甲基肉桂醛與三種蛋白質(zhì)纖維反應(yīng)的最佳條件為：pH=8,T=30℃,t=120min |

| When the pH value of the reaction of methyl cinnamic aldehyde and three protein fibers was 8, Schiff base （C=N）1610cm-1 stretching-vibrated from strongly to weakly in the first 2h and after that disappeared, detected by characteristic infrared spectrum. When the pH value was 7, the characteristic peaks of Schiff base were not found during the reaction process. It is concluded that the optimum reaction conditions of methyl cinnamic aldehyde and three protein fibers are as follows: pH=8,T=30℃,t=120min |
