| 為了改良現(xiàn)有的芍藥栽培品種，利用和保護(hù)野生芍藥資源。本文對(duì)分布于我國(guó)的芍藥組的7個(gè)種，1個(gè)變種，1個(gè)亞種通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)查閱、野外實(shí)地調(diào)查結(jié)合引種栽培、資源評(píng)價(jià)和雜交實(shí)驗(yàn)的研究，結(jié)果表明：1）我國(guó)芍藥組植物資源分布情況為芍藥、草芍藥分布于全國(guó)大部分地區(qū)，白花芍藥和多花芍藥僅分布于西藏林芝地區(qū)，新疆芍藥和塊根芍藥分布于新疆北部地區(qū)，國(guó)家二級(jí)保護(hù)植物美麗芍藥分布于四川、陜西、云南、貴州；川赤芍和擬草芍藥分布于我國(guó)中部和西南部。2）綜合評(píng)價(jià)得出新疆芍藥和美麗芍藥觀賞性高，可直接引種作為露地觀賞栽培；野生種極少病害，其中草芍藥、美麗芍藥和部分芍藥的居群耐陰性較好。3）野外調(diào)查時(shí)采收的花粉與栽培芍藥品種雜交，獲得了大量后代苗。通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查了解到我國(guó)芍藥組野生資源儲(chǔ)量現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀，且芍藥根可入藥，資源的最大威脅來(lái)自于藥農(nóng)的亂采濫挖。野生資源中優(yōu)秀的抗病和耐陰性狀可為芍藥的育種和品種改良提供物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。 |

| To improve the cultivation of current peony ,use and protect wild peony resource ,we did a research on the peony in China .There has seven species ,one variety and one supspecie in all of China .From literature ,wild investigation and so on ,we concluded three characteristics .Firstly ,peony and pobovata was distributed in most of china ,peony cut flower and peony cut flowers was distributed in Tibet ,and others were distributed in the central or west south of China .Secondly , as a result of XingJiang peony and beautiful peony’s beauty ,they can be used in cultivation and most of them are sciophile .At last ,the hybridization between wild and cultivated specieses can form macroprogeny .Apart from that ,we know that the wild peony resourses are pessimistic ,which caused from the destructive lumbering and the excellent resistance disease and negative in wild peony can offer a material basis for species improvement . |
