Kelly) - First author's address (and under a, b, c... differing addresses of further authors) - Address for reprint requests (name with academic title, fax number and e-mail address) - Dedication (if intended) - Abstract - Key words (at most five) - Main text - Acknowledgement (if wished) - List of references - Footnotes -- Tables with captions - List of all figure legends - Figures Tables, equations, figures, and schemes are to be mentioned in the text in numerical order.
