本研究利用硼酸熔融法合成了兩種新型堿金屬硼酸鹽化合物。所合成的化合物均以單晶衍射儀進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)測(cè)試,并通過(guò)X-射線粉晶衍射、紅外光譜、差熱-熱重進(jìn)行了表征。 本論文所合成的兩種堿金屬硼酸鹽化合物如下: (i)NaZnB3P2O10(OH)2•1.17H2O (ii)RbB5O7(OH)2•H2O 堿金屬硼磷酸鹽NaZnB3P2O10(OH)2•1.17H2O屬于六方晶系,P6(3)/m空間群,晶胞參數(shù)a=1.17272(3)nm,c=1.21317(6)nm,γ=120°,V=1.44491(10) nm3,Z=6,R1=0.0679,wR2=0.1566 。該化合物中結(jié)構(gòu)中含有一種由六個(gè)BO4四面體和六個(gè)PO4四面體形成的十二元環(huán)孔洞隧道,一種由三個(gè)ZnO6八面體和三個(gè)PO4四面體形成的六元環(huán)孔洞隧道。水分子填充在孔道中。另外,結(jié)構(gòu)中還有由ZnO6八面體與PO4四面體構(gòu)成的ZnP2O10層和由NaO6八面體與B3O6(OH)2基團(tuán)構(gòu)成的NaB3O10層,ZnP2O10層和NaB3O10層以ABAB方式排列形成新穎的三維骨架結(jié)構(gòu)。 堿金屬五硼酸鹽RbB5O7(OH)2•H2O屬于單斜晶系,P2/n空間群,晶胞參數(shù)a=0.7640(2)nm,b=0.9019(3)nm,c=1.0833(3)nm,β=103.681(5)°,V=0.7252(4) nm3,Z=2,Rl=0.0737,wR2=0.1588。結(jié)構(gòu)中含有兩種不同的[B5O7(OH)2]- 硼氧聚陰離子,其基本結(jié)構(gòu)單元都是由1個(gè)BO4四面體和4個(gè)BO3三角形組成的硼氧雙環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu),兩種雙環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)通過(guò)O1原子交替連接形成無(wú)限的之字鏈,之字鏈通過(guò)氧原子與Rb+離子相連接形成三維骨架結(jié)構(gòu)。 本論文所用的硼酸熔融法工藝簡(jiǎn)單、易于引進(jìn)硼原子,已經(jīng)成功應(yīng)用于合成鋰電池陰極材料上,文中所合成的具有十二元環(huán)和六元環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)的堿金屬硼磷酸鹽和含有之字鏈的三維堿金屬五硼酸鹽化合物為硼酸鹽材料增添了新的血液,為開(kāi)發(fā)更多具有特殊功能的新材料奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 |

The research synthesizes two new alkali metal borate compounds by boric acid melting method. All of the compounds are tested by single crystal diffractometer in structure and characterized by XRD, infrared spectrum and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA). Here are the two alkali metal borate compounds: (i)NaZnB3P2O10(OH)2•1.17H2O (ii)RbB5O7(OH)2•H2O Alkali metal boron phosphate (NaZnB3P2O10(OH)2•1.17H2O) belongs to hexagonal system with a space group of P6(3)/m whose lattice parameters is: a=1.17272(3)nm, c=1.21317(6)nm, γ=120°, V=1.44491(10) nm3, Z=6,R1=0.0679, wR2=0.1566. The compound contains a twelve-membered ring tunnel of hole with six BO4 tetrahedrons and six PO4 tetrahedrons and a six-membered ring tunnel of hole with three ZnO6 octahedrons and three PO4 tetrahedrons which is filled with H2O. What’s more, the structure also contains a ZnP2O10 layer with ZnO6 octahedron and PO4 tetrahedron and a NaB3O10 layer with NaO6 octahedron and B3O6(OH)2 group in the order of ABAB forming up a new 3-dimensional framework. Alkali metal 5-borate (RbB5O7(OH)2•H2) belongs to monoclinic system with a space group of P2/n whose lattice parameters is: a=0.7640(2)nm, b=0.9019(3)nm, c=1.0833(3)nm, β=103.681(5)°, V=0.7252(4) nm3, Z=2, Rl=0.0737, wR2=0.1588. There are two different boron-oxygen polyanions ([B5O7(OH)2]-) in it. The basic structure unit is a two-membered ring of boron- oxygen consisting of a BO4 tetrahedron and 4 BO3 triangles forming an infinite chain of Z by the combination of atom O1 alternately. Then the chain of Z forms a 3-dimensional framework with ion Rb+ through oxygen atom. The boric acid melting method mentioned in this article is very simple for the import of boron which has been applied into the manufacture of cathode material in lithium battery. The mentioned alkali metal boron phosphate with twelve-membered ring and six-membered ring and 3-dimensional alkali metal 5-borate with chain of Z become an innovation for borate and lay the foundation for the discovery of multi-function materials. 樓主僅供參考吧,里面化合物名字翻譯的可能不太合適! |
