中國藥典2010版附錄--硫酸鹽鑒別的理解 1、取供試品溶液，滴加氯化鋇試液，即生成白色沉淀；分離，沉淀在鹽酸或硝酸中均不溶解。 2、取供試品溶液，滴加醋酸鉛試液，即生成白色沉淀；分離，沉淀在醋酸銨溶液或氫氧化鈉溶液中溶解。 3、取供試品溶液，加鹽酸，不生成白色沉淀(與硫代硫酸鹽區(qū)別）。 請教大家： 1.中藍(lán)色字體，是鹽酸和硝酸都做還是選擇做一個即可？ 2.中藍(lán)色字體，是醋酸銨和氫氧化鈉選擇做一個還是兩個都要做？ 中國的文字真的很難理解 |

USP32-NF27 191 IDENTIFICATION TESTS—GENERAL Sulfate— With barium chloride TS, solutions of sulfates yield a white precipitate that is insoluble in hydrochloric acid and in nitric acid. With lead acetate TS, neutral solutions of sulfates yield a white precipitate that is soluble in ammonium acetate TS. Hydrochloric acid produces no precipitate when added to solutions of sulfates (distinction from thiosulfates). EP 2.3.1 Identification reactions of ions and functional groups SULFATES a) Dissolve about 45 mg of the substance to be examined in 5 mL of water Roruse 5 mL of the prescribed solution. Add 1 mL of dilute hydrochloric acid R and 1 mL of barium chloride solution R1. A white precipitate is formed. b) To the suspension obtained during reaction (a), add 0.1 mL of 0.05 M iodine . The suspension remains yellow (distinction from sulfites and dithionites), but is decolorised by adding dropwise stannous chloride solution R (distinction from iodates). Boil the mixture. No coloured precipitate is formed (distinction from selenates and tungstates). JP 16 1.09 Qualitative Tests Sulfate (1) Solutions of sulfates yield with barium chloride TS a white precipitate, which does not dissolve upon addition of dilute nitric acid. (2) Neutral solutions of sulfates yield with lead (II) ace-tate TS a white precipitate, w hich dissolves upon subsequent addition of ammonium acetate TS. (3) When an equal volume of dilute hydrochloric acid is added, solutions of sulfates yield no white turbidity (dis-crimination from thiosulfates), and do not evolve the odor of sulfur dioxide (discrimination from sulfites). 中國藥典與USP相似，與EP相差比較大 從上述描述來看： 1、硫酸和硝酸應(yīng)該都是要做的。 2.選擇做一個即可。 |
