小弟打算投稿到Angewandte Chemie International Edition。我是第一次投稿該雜志,雜志需要寫一個為什么要投該雜志的justifying(Please prepare a single file (allowed formats: Word, RTF, Postscript, PDF) containing all schemes, figures, and tables integrated in the text; this file should also contain the Supporting Information, when appropriate. Then follow the instructions on the submission website. In this file, please include a short text justifying why your article should appear in Angewandte Chemie. )。哪位大俠有模板或是自己的給小弟發(fā)一份啊,小弟寫作不好,怕寫的太爛。救急啊!另外我的文章超過雜志規(guī)定的字數(shù)要求,也需要寫一個justification來說明(The maximal length of a Communication, inclusive of all literature citations, footnotes, and tables, is 15000 characters; formulas and figures may be added. Longer Communications will be accepted only if their quality warrants special consideration and a written justification of their length is provided. )。哪位大俠寫過,或是有模板的,救救小弟啊!跪求! 為什么要投這個雜志的justifying(是cover letter的一部分) We would like to submit the enclosed manuscript entitled "*", which we wish to be considered for publication in *. We believe that two aspects of this manuscript will make it interesting to general readers of *. First, we report that GDNF has a long-term regulatory effect on neurotransmitter release at the neuromuscular synapses. This provides the first physiological evidence for a role of this new family of neurotrophic factors in functional synaptic transmission. Second, we show that the GDNF effect is mediated by enhancing the expression of the Ca2+-binding protein frequenin. Further, GDNF and frequenin facilitate synaptic transmission by enhancing Ca2+ channel activity, leading to an enhancement of Ca2+ influx. Thus, this study has identified, for the first time, a molecular target that mediates the long-term, synaptic action of a neurotrophic factor.
