| 以萃取后的FCC油漿(FCCE)和煤瀝青為原料通過共炭化反應(yīng)制備針狀焦,考察了原料配比、共炭化時間、熱聚合溫度、壓力和時間對成焦的影響。結(jié)果表明,原料中煤瀝青比例的增加能提高芳香族化合物的含量,共炭化反應(yīng)能降低原料的縮合程度,促進(jìn)了針狀纖維結(jié)構(gòu)的生成,實驗中煤瀝青與萃取后的FCC油漿(FCCE)以9:1的配比共炭化10h以后的原料制備出的針狀焦有優(yōu)異的流線-針狀結(jié)構(gòu)。適當(dāng)?shù)膲毫、溫度和聚合時間能保證中間相小球在低黏度充分的生長、融并成針狀結(jié)構(gòu)。原料在0.7MPa、550℃下聚合12h,得到的針狀焦呈良好的流線型結(jié)構(gòu)。 |
