本論文采用核磁共振光譜（NMR）研究了ZSM-22/ZSM-23共結(jié)晶分子篩負(fù)載貴金屬制備的催化劑的加氫異構(gòu)反應(yīng)性能，通過(guò)200SN脫蠟油、650SN糠醛精制油和加氫裂化尾油三種原料油加氫異構(gòu)反應(yīng)前后油品的結(jié)構(gòu)特征和結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)變化與傾點(diǎn)、粘度指數(shù)宏觀性質(zhì)相關(guān)聯(lián)可知：加氫異構(gòu)反應(yīng)后，基礎(chǔ)油產(chǎn)品的支化度都有不同程度的增大，正構(gòu)烷烴含量降低，異構(gòu)烷烴含量增加，基礎(chǔ)油的傾點(diǎn)和粘度指數(shù)也隨之降低，但是基礎(chǔ)油產(chǎn)品的平均鏈長(zhǎng)變化較少，表明了ZSM-22/ZSM-23共結(jié)晶分子篩負(fù)載貴金屬制備的催化劑有較好的加氫異構(gòu)性能。與Pt/ZSM-22和Pt/ZSM-23催化劑相比較，在弱酸性的Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23催化劑上650SN糠醛精制油經(jīng)加氫異構(gòu)反應(yīng)得到的產(chǎn)品中異構(gòu)烴含量較多，平均鏈長(zhǎng)較大，Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23催化劑表現(xiàn)出了較好的加氫異構(gòu)性能。 The hydroisomerization performance of ZSM-22/ZSM-23 which loaded noble metal was studied by NMR. According to the variety of strcture characters and structure index, and associated with macroscopic properties such as pour point and viscosity index for 200SN, 650SN, hydrocracking tail oil and their isomerization products, it shown the branch degree of lube base oil products increased in varying degrees, normal paraffin content decreased, and the isoparaffin content increased after hydroisomerization reaction, so the pour point and viscosity index of base oil also decreased, but the average chain length changed little. Compared with the Pt/ZSM-22 and Pt/ZSM-23 catalyst, 650SN furfural refined oil after hydroisomerization on Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst which had weaker acidity, the products had more isoparaffin, and longer average chain length, which indicated that Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 has better hydroisomerization performance. |

| The hydroisomerization performance of the catalyst of ZSM-22/ZSM-23 cocrystallization molecules loaded onto noble metal was studied through nuclear magentic resonance spectroscopy (NMR). By associating the change of strcture characters and structure index of oils before and after hydroisomerization reactions with macroscopic properties including pour point and viscosity index of 200SN, 650SN, hydrocracking tail oil and their corresponding isomerization products, it can be known that the branch degree of lube base oil products increased to various extents, the content of normal paraffin decreased, and the content of isoparaffin increased after hydroisomerization reaction, and thus the pour point and viscosity index of base oil also decreased while the average chain length changed little. Compared with on Pt/ZSM-22 and Pt/ZSM-23 catalysts, the products of 650SN furfural refined oil after hydroisomerization on the Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 catalyst with weak acidity had more isoparaffin, and longer average chain length. It indicated better hydroisomerization performance of Pt/ZSM-22/ZSM-23 than that of Pt/ZSM-22 and Pt/ZSM-23 catalysts. |
