美帝發(fā)來拒信 已有8人參與

等了6個月左右，終于發(fā)來一紙拒信作為終結(jié)！拒絕理由： 敏感信息！條款Section 212（a）（3）(A)（1）： Section 212(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (a) Classes of Aliens Ineligible for Visas or Admission.-Except as otherwise provided in this Act, aliens who are inadmissible under the following paragraphs are ineligible to receive visas and ineligible to be admitted to the United States: (1) Health-related grounds. - (2) Criminal and related grounds. - (3) Security and related grounds. - (A) In general.-Any alien who a consular officer or the Attorney General knows, or has reasonable ground to believe, seeks to enter the United States to engage solely, principally, or incidentally in- (i) any activity (I) to violate any law of the United States relating to espionage or sabotage or (II) to violate or evade any law prohibiting the export from the United States of goods, technology, or sensitive information, 其實現(xiàn)在想來還是我遞給簽證官的英文簡歷包含了我發(fā)表的論文，由于涉及敏感專業(yè)，故被拒。其實好多跟我相同研究方向的申請者也都通過了簽證，建議大家以后寫簡歷涉及發(fā)表論文時盡量避免敏感的文章列表吧。（本來想上傳一張拒信的圖片，小木蟲老提示 Security Error，CAO!到處都是安全敏感詞匯�。� |
