最近收到了兩封一樣信，不知道是不是真的，也不知怎么個(gè)收費(fèi) 有沒(méi)有朋友收到過(guò)，或者使用過(guò)？ 什么個(gè)情況？ 請(qǐng)賜教：） Dear Professor/Researcher, Are you planning to submit your manuscript to a journal and need editing?
