摘要：本文通過(guò)查閱并仔細(xì)研讀相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道，綜述近15年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)香茶菜屬二萜類化合物的化學(xué)成分及藥理的研究進(jìn)展。二萜類化合物具有廣泛的生物活性，以抗癌，抗菌消炎，健胃，清熱解毒,護(hù)肝，抗氧化以及心腦血管疾病等方面尤為顯著。對(duì)香茶菜屬的新成分、部分二萜類化合物化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)以及藥理活性，研究方法作了綜述，并對(duì)其研究前景進(jìn)行了展望，為開發(fā)和利用香茶菜提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞：香茶菜屬;二萜類化合物;化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu);藥理活性 |

Abstract : This paper conclued the research progress of diterpenoid compounds of chemical constituents and pharmacologicalon in the last 15 years domestic and abroad ,by looking up and pored over documents related to reporting .Diterpenoid compounds have a wide range of biological activity such as anticancer, antibacterial anti-inflammatory, Jianwei, clearing, liver, antioxidant and cardio-cerebro-vascular diseases particularly notable . For the new composition of isodon , chemical structure and pharmacological activities of diterpene compounds, we made a summary of the research methods and did a future prospects, providing the scientific basis for the development and utilization of isodon. Key words : Genus isodon ,Diterpenoid compounds ,Chemical structure , Pharmacological activity . |
