| Luminescence independently emitted from both the metal acetylide and Eu complex is preserved in the LB films prepared, in which the dual and broad emissions can lead to the generation of white light. Such idea via a combination of simultaneous emission from both transition metal complex and rare-earth POM also represents a significant breakthrough towards the realization of commercial white lighting sources and work along this line is underway by fabricating suitable organic light-emitting devices. |
