昨天投了Electrochemistry Communications，今天收到被拒的回信如下： Thank you for submitting your paper to Electrochemistry Communications. As announced in issue 2 of 2000 we now review ALL manuscripts in respect of the need for URGENT publication before inviting referees' comments. We expect that less than 50% of submitted papers will pass that initial screening. I have read your note and believe that the urgency criterion is not met.In its current form, your manuscript lacks a discussion of your results with those of the recent literature that is needed to demonstrate novelty and significance and therefore help to justify urgent publication. Furthermore, the English language of your manuscript does not meet publication standards. The page of your manuscript must be numbered (see Guide for Authors). Finally, please make sure that "Reference Checking" is performed for your manuscript. This is accomplished when one clicks "Click here to view linked References" on the first page of the manuscript. It is a useful tool for the editor and the referees as it gives direct access to the references listed in the Reference list. If you decide to resubmit, please include a detailed response to the comments given above and the changes that you have made to your manuscript. | 初步審查并沒(méi)有對(duì)你文章的實(shí)驗(yàn)提出較大的異議，就是對(duì)你文章的行文和結(jié)構(gòu)做出了較為嚴(yán)正的意見(jiàn)，第一，你沒(méi)有清晰明了的結(jié)果與討論，第二，你的行文語(yǔ)言組織能力欠缺，在就是你的文獻(xiàn)不規(guī)范。如果按照要求在改改的話，可以投入其他雜志，如果再次投Electrochemistry Communications，被拒的可能性很大的。建議改投其他雜志。 |
