[交流] 請(qǐng)問(wèn)下主編這么回復(fù)是什么意思？

第一次主編的回復(fù)：
Thank you for your recent submission to Journal of Materials Chemistry and please accept our apologies for the unusual length of the review process on this occasion for the journal. In this case we received two conflicting referee reports and so a third referee had to be consulted. We have now received the reviewers’ reports on your manuscript, which are copied below. The reviewers feel that major modifications are necessary before publication can be considered.

Based on the reviewers’ comments publication of your manuscript in its present form is not possible. However providing that the comments of the reviewers are addressed in full I will be pleased to consider a revised manuscript. The manuscript may be subject to further peer review prior to reaching a final decision on acceptance.
一開始有兩個(gè)審稿人，一個(gè)小修，一個(gè)直接拒。然后主編找人仲裁了，結(jié)果給了大修。

然后我很認(rèn)真地回復(fù)了問(wèn)題，并作出修改。

第二次主編的回復(fù)：

The reviewers feel that the paper is unsuitable for publication in its present form, and that substantial revisions are necessary before the paper could be reconsidered for publication. We therefore feel unable to proceed with publication at this stage.
However, we would like to encourage you to fully address the concerns of the reviewers and resubmit an appropriately revised manuscript to Journal of Materials Chemistry. Please note that resubmitting your manuscript does not guarantee eventual acceptance, and that your resubmission will be subject to further peer review before a decision is reached.

這個(gè)是第三次主編的回復(fù)：
Thank you for your recent submission to Journal of Materials Chemistry. I am pleased to inform you that your manuscript has been recommended for publication subject to revision in line with the attached reports.
審稿人意見(jiàn)：......So, I would like to suggest the authors to further revise their words in the last several paragraphs to be more rigorous. Other than that, I would like to suggest this paper to be published on JMC. （感覺(jué)像是仲裁的那個(gè)人的問(wèn)題）

我沒(méi)有采納審稿人的意見(jiàn)，但是做出一些修改。然后又提交了過(guò)去�，F(xiàn)在已經(jīng)過(guò)了5天了，還沒(méi)有消息。我想問(wèn)一下，這次主編還會(huì)送審嗎，還是他自己來(lái)判斷？這個(gè)接收的概率有多大��？請(qǐng)教各位前輩們，給小蟲一點(diǎn)提示吧�。‖F(xiàn)在心里還很忐忑，跪求正解�。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。�！

原則上說(shuō)這篇稿件應(yīng)該是被接收了。但遺憾的是作者如果沒(méi)有按照審稿人的意見(jiàn)，修訂最后幾段文字以求更為嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)，被拒的的可能性雖說(shuō)不大，但一定還是存在。為什么拿自己辛勤勞動(dòng)的成果這么不重視呢？！

因?yàn)槿绻凑兆詈笠粋€(gè)審稿人的意見(jiàn)，論文里有很多地方的數(shù)據(jù)都要連帶更改，這樣變動(dòng)就很大了，可能就要重新送審了，所以我還是堅(jiān)持了自己的觀點(diǎn)，
