芹菜素是植物代謝過程中產(chǎn)生的一類重要的黃酮類天然有機(jī)化合物,對(duì)人類的腫瘤、衰老、心血管等疾病的治療和預(yù)防有重要的意義。本論文期望對(duì)芹菜素進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)修飾,從而改善其理化性質(zhì),提高其生理活性和臨床應(yīng)用價(jià)值,最終尋找到一類具有降血糖和治療糖尿病并發(fā)癥的活性藥物。以芹菜素為先導(dǎo)化合物,在合適的條件下,通過烷基化、硝酸酯化,合成一系列相應(yīng)的芹菜素NO供體藥物,并用核磁等方法對(duì)其進(jìn)行初步表征, 所得的幾種芹菜素衍生物結(jié)構(gòu)與設(shè)計(jì)相符。為將來的抗糖尿病及其并發(fā)癥的藥理研究,提供了兩個(gè)潛在藥物。 關(guān)鍵詞:芹菜素;硝酸酯化;NO供體;表征 |

Apigenin is an important class of nature organic compounds of flavonoids from plant metabolic processes, which has great significance to the treatment and prevention of human’s cancer, aging, cardiovascular disease and etc. This paper is looking to modify the structure of apigenin to improve its physical and chemical properties and enhance its physiological activity and clinical value, then finally looking for a kind of active drug which could reduce blood sugar and treat the complications of diabetes. With apigenin for the pilot compounds, synthesize a series of corresponding apigenin NO donor drugs through the alkylation and esterification of nitric acid under the right conditions, at the same time characterize it preliminary with the method of MRI and etc., and obtain several apigenin derivatives’ structure which consistent with design, which provide two potential medicaments for pharmacological research of resistance to diabetes and its complications in the future. |
