| 隨著科學技術的發(fā)展與社會的進步，熒光比率技術已經(jīng)成為熒光分析法中最重要的一項技術。熒光比率技術就是在熒光探針的兩個選擇性波長下，對其與反應物反應后的熒光強度比率進行測定，同普通的熒光探針相比，該技術最明顯的優(yōu)勢在于可消除探針、樣品及設備等因素引起的數(shù)據(jù)失真，同時利用該方法可以評價被分析物的濃度以及校正探針對環(huán)境進行檢測時所帶來的誤差。因此，熒光比率探針得到了極大地發(fā)展。 |

| With the development of science and technology and social progress, the fluorescence ratio technology has become one of the most important techniques in fluorescence analysis. This technique is to measure the ratio of the fluorescence intensity, which is from the reaction between reactants and fluorescent probes in the two selective wavelengths of the fluorescent probes. Compared with the common fluorescent probes, the most obvious advantage of this technology is that it can eliminate the data distortion caused by the probes, samples, equipments and other factors. Meanwhile this method can evaluate the concentration of the analytes, and can calibrate the errors caused by the probes in the environmental detection. Therefore, the fluorescence ratio probes have been greatly developed. |
