制藥廢水中污染物組分繁雜,具有污染物含量高、COD值高、難以生物降解物質(zhì)多、有毒有害物質(zhì)多等特點,因此制藥廢水已經(jīng)逐漸成為重要的水質(zhì)污染源之一。而發(fā)酵過程是制藥工藝中極為重要的一個環(huán)節(jié),發(fā)酵工程制藥廢水的治理尤為重要。 本設(shè)計對一藥用氨基酸發(fā)酵工業(yè)廢水處理廠進(jìn)行了工藝流程、工藝參數(shù)、構(gòu)筑物尺寸等的初步設(shè)計。在整個設(shè)計過程中,嚴(yán)格遵循相關(guān)的專業(yè)規(guī)范的要求,參考相關(guān)資料和有關(guān)最新的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范,根據(jù)設(shè)計要求和求新的思想,通過工藝比選,確立了以加壓上流式厭氧污泥床(UASB)和周期循環(huán)活性污泥法(CASS)為處理核心,輔以調(diào)節(jié)池、混凝沉淀池、接觸消毒池等處理構(gòu)筑物的工藝流程。本設(shè)計工藝流程簡單,通過酸堿調(diào)節(jié)池和混凝沉淀減少有毒有害物質(zhì),提高廢水可生化性,后續(xù)利用UASB和CASS對有機(jī)污染物進(jìn)行有效的生物降解,而且省去了初次沉淀池、二次沉淀池和污泥消化系統(tǒng),節(jié)省了基建投資和運(yùn)行費(fèi)用,并能保證出水達(dá)到廢水排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),做到了水資源的合理利用。 |

Pharmaceutical wastewater contains complex mixtures of contaminants with high levels, along with its other characteristics such as, high COD value, large quantities of difficult biodegradable, toxic, and hazardous substances, thus the pharmaceutical wastewater has gradually become one of the most important water pollution sources. Since the fermentation process is a very important part of the pharmaceutical process, the treatment of fermentation engineering pharmaceutical wastewater is particularly important. This study focus on the preliminary designs of technological process, process parameters, structure dimensions for a medicinal amino acid fermentation industrial wastewater treatment plant. In the whole design process, we strictly followed the relevant professional regulatory requirements, referred to the relevant information and the latest national standards, according to the design requirements and innovation thinkings. Through the election of process, we established the technical process with the processing core by using pressurized Upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB) and Cyclic Activated Sludge System(CASS), supplemented by regulation pool, coagulation-sedimentation tank, and contact disinfection tank and other treatment structures. This process designed is simple, and to reduce the toxic and hazardous substances and improve the biodegradability of wastewater, by pH regulation pool and coagulation-sedimentation tank. Then the following UASB and CASS were used to realize the effective biological degradation of organic pollutants. This process eliminates the need for primary sedimentation tank, secondary sedimentation tank and sludge digestive system, which saves the investment in infrastructure and operating costs, guarantee that the effluent can meet the wastewater discharge standards, and also realize the rational utilization of water resources. |
