我們都知道火電廠發(fā)電所用的鍋爐內煤燃燒后將會產生過多的NOX,會對我們的環(huán)境造成嚴重污染,我們需要對煤進行脫硝處理,但是于此同時又會逃逸出氨氣,因此研究脫硝過程氨逃逸的規(guī)律就顯得尤為重要了。 本文通過對從電廠中取回的除塵灰中的氨進行檢測,總結出脫硝過程中氨逃逸的規(guī)律。在測定氨的方法上選用了國標中測定空氣中微量氨的納氏試劑比色法,使用分光光度計在波長400、420nm下對最佳預處理后的試樣進行吸光度測定,預處理方案是使用幾種不同的酸性試劑,比較各自優(yōu)缺點后確定最佳方案。在該課題中最為重點的就是在測定氨的過程中確定各種干擾離子的干擾范圍,然后探究出排除干擾的方法,最終使測定出來的結果具有一定的可靠性。 |

【譯】 We all know that coal combustion produces too much NOX in the boiler which is for electricity generation in the thermal power plant, which will cause serious environment pollution. We need to denitration coal processing, but ammonia would escape at the same time, therefore the research on ammonia escape law in the denitration process is particularly important. In this paper, we summarized the ammonia escape law in the denitrification process through the detection of ammonia recovered from the power plant dust. Nessler's reagent colorimetry, which is a kind of national standard method to assay the content of trace ammonia in the air, is used to detect ammonia. Spectrophotometer is used to determine the absorbance of the best pretreatment test specimen in 400 and 420nm wavelength. Pretreatment scheme is the optimal scheme which is determined by comparing its respective advantages and disadvantages via using several different acid reagents. The emphasis on this subject is to determine the interference range of various interfering ions in the process of ammonia determination, and then explore a method to remove interference, so as to make the determination results to a certain degree of reliability at last. |
