[求助] JOC投稿技術(shù)審查后該怎樣返回呢?

1)For Notes and Articles, ALL experimental procedures and listings of compound characterization data must be included in the manuscript file's experimental section.
這個指物質(zhì)表征數(shù)據(jù)要寫在文章的實驗部分嗎？
Templates are no longer required for Notes and are not provided for any manuscript types. All manuscripts MUST be formatted as double-spaced single-column text, with the references and footnotes in a single list at the end.

*JOC is now publishing JOCSynopses and Brief Communications. JOCSynopses are brief focused reviews of current topics of interest to organic chemists. Brief Communications are short accounts of preliminary results of unusual novelty and urgency that justify immediate disclosure. They receive expedited processing by the editorial office, the reviewers, and the journal production office. Communications are limited to 2000 words of introduction, results, and discussion; 2500 words in the experimental section; and 25 references and footnotes. Check the Guidelines for Authors for further information.
我投的是Article呀，怎么給這樣的要求呢？還有參考文獻可以在一條下面跟幾個嗎？就像1：a,b，c,d...這樣行嗎？
