[求助]
魁北克CAQ
|
各位XDJM，不知道大家有沒有在魁北克做博士后的呢。申請(qǐng)加拿大工簽，需要準(zhǔn)備的材料里有一項(xiàng)“如在魁北克省工作，請(qǐng)遞交有效的魁北克省接收函(CAQ)”，請(qǐng)問大家是怎么準(zhǔn)備的啊。我看太傻上有人說申請(qǐng)工簽是不需要CAQ的，但是那是好幾年前的帖子了，不知道現(xiàn)在政策有沒有變。所以想問問最近去魁北克做博后的，這個(gè)CAQ是必須的嗎？謝謝啊 |

Summary 查了一些相關(guān)資料，博后應(yīng)該是不需要CAQ，我的offer中包含letter of invitation和confirmation letter。confirmation letter應(yīng)該就是下文中的positive labour market opinion吧，所以我應(yīng)該不需要CAQ。 接下來(lái)，要跟簽證中心進(jìn)行確認(rèn)，同學(xué)建議問大使館管簽證的，也打算問一下。 P.S.為什么發(fā)帖的樓主不給我們一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)兀?br /> --------------------------------------------------------------------- FW 1 Temporary Foreign Worker Guidelines (pdf) D. Before you fill out the application, you will need: a written job offer from your employer proof that you meet the requirements of the job (for example, proof of certain education or work experience) and the positive labour market opinion on your job offer from Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC), if one is required. If you are applying for a work permit for a job that requires a Labour Market Opinion (LMO), you must now include the valid LMO with your application. We are no longer accepting work permit applications without valid LMOs. If you need an HRSDC opinion, it is up to your employer to get it and send it to you. For more information about HRSDC opinions, see Frequently asked questions. Remember, even if HRSDC has given a positive labour market opinion, there is no guarantee that you will get a work permit. For these jobs you will require: proof of identity in the form of a valid passport or travel document that guarantees that you will be able to return to the country where it was issued and if you are not a citizen of the country in which you are applying, you must also provide proof of your present immigration status in that country.
