| 香葉木素廣泛存在于植物中，可以直接從植物中提取出來(lái)，主要植物來(lái)源有：白刺花、蒙古山蘿卜、絨毛丹參、藥用蒲公英等。香葉木素是一種抑制人CYP1A酶活力的天然黃酮類(lèi)化合物，具有抗氧化、抗感染、抗休克等藥理作用，具有抗誘變和抗變應(yīng)性等特性。香葉木素也可用于功能性食品、化妝品和未來(lái)藥物�，F(xiàn)未有文獻(xiàn)對(duì)香葉木素在降糖及抑制心血管疾病方面進(jìn)行報(bào)道，本論文通過(guò)對(duì)香葉木素活性羥基的改性，合成了兩種有機(jī)硝酸酯類(lèi)化合物，利用硅膠柱色譜進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品純化，利用核磁共振進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)分析及驗(yàn)證，并將在以后的藥理研究中進(jìn)行藥理活性測(cè)試。 |

| Diosmetin, found widely in plants, can be extracted directly from plants such as sophora davidii, Mongolia chervil, villi salvia, dandelion. It is a natural flavonoid that can inhibit the activity of CYP1A enzyme in human. It has many pharmacological effects such as antioxidant, anti-infective, anti-shock, anti-mutagenic and anti-allergic. It is also used for functional food, cosmetic and medicine. However, it is unknown that whether the diosmetin has beneficial effects on hypoglycemic and cardiovascular disease. In this paper, we reported two organic nitrates compounds synthesized by modifying the reactive hydroxyl of diosmetin. The purification was then performed by silica gel column chromatography and nuclear magnetic resonance was used to analyze and verify their structures. Next we will test their pharmacological activities. |
