投稿BBRC，被拒要求修改語(yǔ)言，改后重投，請(qǐng)問有必要這樣做嗎？

如題，小弟迫于無(wú)奈，斗膽投稿BBRC 3天后，今日收到據(jù)搞信。 如下: Dear Dr. XXX, Your manuscript titled xxx has been screened for possible publication in Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications. In its current state, your manuscript cannot be submitted to a member of the Editorial Board for the scientific review process. If you wish to submit a revised version of your manuscript, please address the comments below and submit your revised paper as a new submission. Once you have addressed the comments below your paper can enter the review process. We recommend you to consult our journal instructions at http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find ... authorinstructions.
