| 拓寬燒結(jié)溫度范圍的機(jī)理是添加的B2O3在熔體中可以形成具有三維空間連接作用的硼氧四面體[BO4]，減少熔體中非橋氧離子的數(shù)目，起著“補(bǔ)網(wǎng)”作用。硼的加入使熔體之網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)緊密聚集，粘度提高，這時(shí)的熔體結(jié)構(gòu)中除了原有的硅氧四面體網(wǎng)絡(luò)和鋁氧四面體網(wǎng)絡(luò)外，還形成了硼氧四面體網(wǎng)絡(luò)，硼硅氧四面體網(wǎng)絡(luò)、硼鋁氧四面體網(wǎng)絡(luò)及其它的含硼四面體網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。所以紅柱石基陶瓷中的熔體有較高的高溫粘度，改善了瓷坯的抵抗高溫變形的能力，而且當(dāng)溫高上升時(shí)，粘度的降低也是較為平緩的。所以紅柱石基陶瓷燒結(jié)溫度范圍由20℃拓寬到40℃。 |
