| 最近幾年來,我國的食品企業(yè)安全問題一直讓人擔憂：從前幾年的山西假白酒案,安徽阜陽奶粉事件,蘇丹紅事件到2008年震驚世界的“三鹿事件”等，這些無不讓我們開始重新思索我國的產(chǎn)品責任制度，如何保障消費者的合法權(quán)益？本文以建立合理、共贏的產(chǎn)品責任法律制度為出發(fā)點,從與國外產(chǎn)品責任保險及制度的比較中，指出我國產(chǎn)品責任保險制度中所存在的問題，并借鑒國外的先進經(jīng)驗,給出建立一套完善的產(chǎn)品責任保險制度的建議。 |
