| 應(yīng)用大豆中黃13和中品03-5373號(hào)雜交得到的F11代重組自交系(RILs)群體(289個(gè)家系),，在大豆發(fā)育的過程中調(diào)查群體內(nèi)各家系株高的生長(zhǎng)變化，研究株高相對(duì)生長(zhǎng)速率，初步探明大豆株高動(dòng)態(tài)的發(fā)育規(guī)律，為大豆株型的形態(tài)學(xué)建成研究提供理論依據(jù)。結(jié)果表明：(1)、群體株高的變幅為44-130cm，說明樣本群體株高的差異較大，是研究大豆株高動(dòng)態(tài)發(fā)育的理想材料；(2)、株高的生長(zhǎng)隨著生育時(shí)期的推進(jìn)，家系間的差異逐漸增加。(3)、群體營養(yǎng)生長(zhǎng)階段的相對(duì)生長(zhǎng)速率比生殖生長(zhǎng)階段的相對(duì)生長(zhǎng)速率要大的多，當(dāng)群體處于花期或莢期,株高生長(zhǎng)基本停止。 |

| Application in soybean yellow 13 and the product number 03-5373 hybridization, the F11 generation of recombinant inbred lines (RILs) population (289 families), to survey the various Department of height growth changes within the group, in the process of soybean development, researchplant height, relative growth rate, initial proven soybean plant height of the dynamic development of the law, the completion of the study provide a theoretical basis for the morphology of the soybean plant type. The results showed that: (1), groups of plant height ranged from 44-130cm, plant height differences of sample groups, is an ideal material of the soybean plant height that the dynamic development; (2), plant height growth with the fertility the advance of the period, the difference between the family gradually increased. (3), relative growth rate of vegetative growth stage in the group of relative growth rate than the reproductive growth stage to large groups in the flowering or pod of height growth essentially stopped. |
