Twelve portions of samples above mentioned were added into 50mL colorimetric tubes, 10.0g of each sample was weighed. Then they were divided into 6 groups. The final series of concentrations of the samples were 0, 5.0, 10.0,20.0, 50.0, and 100.0 mg kg-1(2 parallel per sample). At the same time, the same method above was also employed with S. The results for the determination of O in these samples were listed in Table 1. | Add 5.0000g each simulation soil standard sample mentioned above and petroleum oil standard solutions into 50mL colorimetric tubes to make final simulation soil standard samples with concentrations of 0, 5.0, 10.0, 25.0, 50.0, and 100.0 mg.kg-1(2 parallel samples per concentration). The final simulation soil standard samples were then treated with ultrasonic solvent extraction and Soxhlet extraction and petroleum oils in these simulation soil standard samples were determined thereafter.
