| 我覺得大意是:高的晶界遷移速度可以促進退火孿晶形成。之后又說了2個具體提高晶界遷移速率的情況:1. 晶粒變大晶界曲率減小,曲率也與晶粒尺寸分布有關(guān),至于曲率和驅(qū)動力怎么聯(lián)系上的,文中沒說,應(yīng)該是眾所周知的一個規(guī)律吧(曲率減小,遷移速率增大??),我不清楚。 2.高的應(yīng)變速率可以維持高的晶界遷移速率;如果晶界遷移是由于位錯密度梯度引起的,盡管在雙相組織中,晶界處有zener拖拽的發(fā)生,他們也可以通過主要的析出相。最后又說了,動態(tài)再結(jié)晶發(fā)生與否,對后續(xù)的熱處理組織也有重要影響。 |
