1 When the Mg ions concentration reachs to 6 mol%, the concentration have exceeded the threshold value of In ions. When the concentration of the Mg ion reaches 6% in molar ration, it will exceed the threshold of the In ion. 2 It can be summarized from the previous works that the violet shift of the absorption edge is attributed to the increasing in the ability of adjacent dopant ions to polarize an O2- ion shortens the band gap of the valence electron transition. It can be concluded from previous work that the blue shift of the absorption peak is attributed to an increase in the polarity of the adjacent dopant ions on the oxygen ions which can shorten the band gap of the valence electron transition. 3 The results in regard with exposure energy of In: Ce: Mn: LiNbO3 crystals are shown in Table 1. 要表達(dá)什么?in regard with表達(dá)有誤,with regard to or with respect to 4 From Table 1 we can see that the exposure energy of crystals is significantly improved with the increase concentration of Mg2+ As can be seen in Table 1, the exposure energy of crystals is greatly improved with the increasing of the concentration of magnesium ions. 5 It is proved that introducing Mg into crystal brings the noticeable improvement for suppressing the light-induced scattering to practice It’s proved that the doping of magnesium into the crystals can greatly reduce the light-induced scattering. |
