大家好,我想求2H-SiC的分?jǐn)?shù)坐標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)。 目前只有如下信息:六角纖鋅礦結(jié)構(gòu)(Hexagonal Wurtzite)屬于P63mc空間群,晶格常數(shù)a=b=0.3081nm,c=0.5031nm,α=β=90°,γ=120° 目前金幣不多,請(qǐng)大家慷慨幫忙啊。。。 |
