問題1： Your paper is currently being prepared for publication in the August 2012 issue of Optical Engineering (Vol. 51, No. 08). Individual articles are published online (e-First) as soon as the author proof corrections are incorporated. All articles for this issue will be published online at http://SPIEDigitalLibrary.org between August 1 - 31. The print issue will be published the following month. Please read this entire message carefully to expedite the final stages of publication.這是給了發(fā)行號 We must receive a signed Transfer of Copyright form before your paper can be published. Authors are required to pay for color printing. The cost is $600 for the first color figure and $300 for each additional color figure. Online-only color is free for authors who have submitted figures that meet the journal requirements at http://spie.org/x1808.xml. Once your page proofs are ready, you will receive an e-mail with instructions for downloading a PDF version of your proofs. Please return any corrections promptly to ensure inclusion of your paper in the scheduled journal issue. If you do not have access to the web, let me know and we will arrange to have your proofs sent to you via conventional mail. ONCE YOU APPROVE YOUR PROOFS AND YOUR PAPER HAS BEEN PUBLISHED ONLINE, YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE ANY FURTHER CHANGES, SO PLEASE CHECK YOUR PROOFS CAREFULLY. Upon receipt of your proofs, please complete the Publication Charge Certification/Reprint Order form available at http://spie.org/Documents/Public ... e_Certification.pdf, and return it to our office as soon as possible. Page charges help support the publication of research results and cover less than half the cost of editorial, typographic, printing, and mailing expenses incurred in the publication of a technical paper. Such payments, while voluntary, should be regarded as an essential and proper part of research budgets. Please note that SPIE now offers authors the option to pay a fee of $1500 to provide free online access to the full text of their published journal article, in perpetuity, to any online user. To select open access, you must return the Open Access Publication Form available at http://spie.org/Documents/Public ... pen_Access_Form.pdf with payment to SPIE either before or at the time you return your author proof corrections. If an author chooses open access, but SPIE does not receive full payment before completion of the author corrections, the article will be published conventionally, that is, without open access.
