急!修改后二審,一審稿人仍不滿意,又大修!有關(guān)熒光檢測(cè)

有懂“Inner Filter Effect”的么,被審稿人搞懵了! 本人最近投稿一篇,審稿人有三個(gè),有兩個(gè)審稿人意見(jiàn)都很好,提了一些不是問(wèn)題的問(wèn)題,只有一個(gè)審稿人很難搞,按照意見(jiàn)修改后,另兩個(gè)審稿人同意接受,這個(gè)審稿人仍然不滿意,而且加了感嘆號(hào),可見(jiàn)回答得多不滿意,可是問(wèn)題實(shí)在很讓人迷惑,好像是說(shuō)我這個(gè)分析是基于inner filter effects,但不能用Stern-Volmer equation分析,他認(rèn)為inner filter effects的特定分析模型不是這個(gè),本人對(duì)這個(gè)確實(shí)不太懂,有沒(méi)有高手了解inner filter effects該用什么分析才準(zhǔn)確,望高手指點(diǎn),審稿意見(jiàn)如下: 第一次的“This paper presents a study about a sensor for catecholics based on a mechanism called by the authors as an external quenching. The authors analysed the called "external quenching" using a Stern-Volmer equation. This paper has a critical problem which is the interpretation of the mechanism of "quenching". Indeed, this mechanism is the well known fluorescence inner filter effects which have a specific model formulation. Analyzing the observed fluorescence intensity variation using a Stern-Volmer is probably not useful because there is no physical meaning.” 第二次的“The authors have made some improvements in the paper. However there is still a critical problem about the model that they used for the decreasing of fluorescence intensity linearization. Indeed, the Stern-Volmer model corresponds to a quenching mechanism and not to an inner-filter effect decreasing of fluorescence intensity. The application of a Stern-Vomer model in this paper is of empirical nature! For this last phenomenon there are several models in the literature that should be used.” |

Inner Filter Effect http://old.iupac.org/goldbook/I03047.pdf The inner filter effect: At low concentration the emission of light is uniform from the front to the back of sample cuvette. At high concentration more light is emitted from the front than the back.
