聚乳酸及其共聚物偶聯(lián)抗體不僅可以抑制癌細胞的增殖，誘導其凋亡，還可以靶向到病變部位，是一類可實現(xiàn)藥物緩釋，生物性能優(yōu)良的材料。此文簡要介紹了幾種易與胃癌細胞表面高表達抗原相結(jié)合的單抗及其各自的靶向機理。另外, 比較并分析了靶向納米粒和非靶向納米粒的抗腫瘤效果。最后筆者結(jié)合實際工作經(jīng)驗, 提出了尚需解決的幾點問題。 [ Last edited by xcs320721 on 2012-7-16 at 20:36 ] |

| Conjugated antibodies for poly lactic acids and the copolymers thereof are such materials that can achieve the drug slowly release with well biological properties. The conjugated antibodies can not only inhibit the proliferation of the tumor cells, but also can induce the apoptosis thereof. The text also introduces several kinds of monoclonal antibodies specifically binding with the antigens highly expressed on the surfaces of the gastric cancer cells, as well as their respective targeting mechanisms. In addition, the anti-tumor effects of the targeted nanoparticles and non-targeted nanoparticles are compared and analyzed. At last, in combination with the work experiences the author points out several issues to be solved. |
