你這種提法'細(xì)胞成分的關(guān)鍵差異',實(shí)在是不好回答。腫瘤細(xì)胞良惡性的差異表現(xiàn)在很多方面,從基因染色體到細(xì)胞內(nèi)特異性蛋白質(zhì),細(xì)胞骨架網(wǎng)絡(luò),電解質(zhì)濃度,細(xì)胞膜結(jié)構(gòu),跨膜蛋白通道,細(xì)胞外基質(zhì)的成分和排列方式等都存在差異。組織切片染色是最經(jīng)典的辨認(rèn)方法,但這種方法周期長,也不是100%的準(zhǔn)確(因存在一些過渡狀態(tài)),臨床上,常采用多種物理方法,如X-ray, MRI, 超聲,電阻抗等。建議你看看這篇文獻(xiàn):The Electrical Properties of Cancer Cells http://www.royalrife.com/haltiwanger1.pdf 也許能加深你對腫瘤細(xì)胞組織的理解 |
