The Society for Underwater Technology (SUT, http://www.sut.org.uk/) is a multidisciplinary learned society that brings together organizations and individuals with a common interest in underwater technology, ocean science and offshore engineering. On behalf of the Organizing and Technical Committees of the 2012Society for Underwater Technology Technical Conference (SUTTC 2012), we have the honor and pleasure to invite you to attend the conference, which will be held in Shenzhen, China, September 26-28, 2012. This conference is the first eventin China hosted in the name of SUT. It is hosted by China University of Petroleum, Beijing, and also endorsed by SUT China, China Classification Society, Chinese Society for Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, Chinese Society for Ocean Engineering, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), Husky Energy, CNOOC Research Institute, China Oil Service LTD (COSL), Offshore Oil Engineering Corporation (COOEC), China National Petroleum Corporation Offshore Engineering LTD (CPOE), SinoPec Research Institute for Engineering,National Natural Sicence Foundation of China (NSFC), and K.C.WONG Education Foundation, Hong Kong. The goal of SUTTC 2012 is to provide a platform for the researchers to discuss the technology of developing oil and gas resources in deepwaters, especially in the South China Sea. The subjective of the conference is “Underwater System in Deepwaters and Oil/Gas ResourceDevelopmentin the South China Sea”.The topics are as follows: 1 Technologies and engineering for Subsea Production System including subsea Christmas tree, subsea manifold and BOP, etc. 2 Design, construction, installation and testing for deepwater drill risers, subsea pipelines /risers 3 Flow assurance and other safety challenges in oil/gas transportation by deepwater pipelines and subsea production system 4 Technologies for design, construction and installation of deepwater floating structures 5 Theory of reliability with application for floaters and subsea engineering structures operated in ocean, arctic and other offshore conditions 6 Equipment and technologies for subsea emergencies, maintenance and repair in deepwater oil/gas development 7 Technologies and engineering for hydrates and offshore renewable energy resources such as wave, wind and tide energies Paper publication: All paperswill be peer-reviewed by two or three referees, and all accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of SUTTC 2012 by Petroleum Industry Press. Selected outstanding papers from SUTTC 2012 will be recommended for publication in the SCI-EI indexed and EI indexed journals. Please submit your papers by email attachments tosutchina@cup.edu.cn. All papers should be no more than 6 pages in length and must be written in strict accordance with the format. Notice: If you have no time to write a 6-page paper, an oral presentation is also welcome. In this case, please send us the title and the abstract of your presentationin accordance with the format in our web: www.sutchina.org. For more information you can visit the conference web at: www.sutchina.org 為加強國內外深水水下技術的交流，推進我國南海油氣田的開發(fā)，水下技術學會（Society for Underwater Technology，SUT， http://www.sut.org.uk）將在2012年9月26-28日于中國—深圳舉辦首屆水下技術學會技術會議（Society for Underwater Technology Technical Conference,SUTTC）。 水下技術學會是全球水下工程最具影響力的學術組織，于1966年成立，總部設在英國倫敦，是一個聚集了關注水下技術、海洋科學及海洋工程的機構和個人的多學科的學會。此次會議是第一次以SUT的名義在中國召開水下工程相關的會議，將邀請30-50個海內外專題報告，全面介紹水下技術的最新進展。 此次會議由中國石油大學（北京）主辦，SUT中國分會、中國船級社、中國力學學會、中國海洋工程學會、中國海洋石油總公司及其研究總院、哈斯基能源公司、中海油田服務有限公司、海洋石油工程股份有限公司、中石油海洋工程公司、中石化工程技術研究院、國家自然科學研究基金、香港王寬城基金會等單位協(xié)辦。會議主題為“深水水下系統(tǒng)和南海油氣田開發(fā)”，內容將覆蓋： 1. 水下生產系統(tǒng)（采油樹、管匯、防噴器等）的設計、建造、安裝、測試等關鍵工程技術； 2. 深水鉆井管系、海底管線及立管的結構設計、建造、安裝及測試技術； 3. 深水油氣田開發(fā)工程模式及關鍵技術； 4. 深水管線及水下生產系統(tǒng)流動保障技術與油氣安全輸運技術； 5. 深水浮式結構設計、建造與安裝技術； 6. 浮體及水下工程結構的可靠性理論及應用； 7. 深水水下應急維修裝備及技術; 8. 海底水合物及海洋可再生能源。 為保證本次會議的學術質量，吸引更多的高水平學術論文，現(xiàn)向全國水下技術與海洋工程工作者公開征稿。所有投稿的文章將經過2-3位技術專家嚴格審稿，通知接收的文章將發(fā)表在SUTTC 2012論文集（將由石油工業(yè)出版社正式出版），同時會議將評選出優(yōu)秀論文，推薦至國外SCI及EI檢索的期刊發(fā)表。 投稿要求： 內容具體，突出水下技術領域的創(chuàng)新與成果，具有較重要的學術價值與應用推廣價值，未在國內外公開發(fā)行的刊物或會議上發(fā)表或宣讀過。要求論文不得超過6頁，并且嚴格按照會議給定格式書寫。請將來稿在7月27日以前發(fā)送至郵箱：sutchina@cup.edu.cn。 注意：如果您沒有時間撰寫文章，我們也歡迎您給大會做相關的報告，請把您報告的題目和摘要發(fā)給我們，格式請參考網(wǎng)頁：www.sutchina.org 熱情歡迎各位專家學者相聚中國南�；亍钲�。關于本次會議更多信息請留意主頁：www.sutchina.org |
